VARDI comes from the Georgian word “pink”, to evoke the “rosé” spirit of this wine. Our philosophy follows the ancient Georgian artisanal winemaking method, to which this wine is a tribute.
The vineyard is located at an altitude of 400 meters in San Lorenzo Maggiore, Benevento Province.
Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in Qvevri with a capacity of 1,000 litres, without additives. After 10 months, it is bottled without any clarification or filtration.
This is a fresh and fruity rosé wine; the nose is rich in red fruit, cherry, strawberry and rasberry. It’s Juicy, balanced with a rather long finish.
