TELI comes from the Georgian word “red”. Our philosophy follows the ancient Georgian artisanal winemaking method, to which this wine is a tribute.

The vineyard is located at an altitude of 400 meters in San Lorenzo Maggiore, Benevento Province. Clay and limestone soil, very exposed to the Mediterranean wind and sun.

Camaiola grapes are selected, harvested by hand and softly pressed. Contact with the grape skins is 8 days.

Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in Qvevri with a capacity of 1,000 litres, without additives. After 12 months, it is bottled without any clarification or filtration.

Intense ruby red wine with clear violet hues. The nose is rich in ripe red fruit, berries from the underbrush and roses, with vegetal notes for a full, intense, soft, slightly tannic, fruit-rich finish.
