\n<\/span>The vineyard is located at an altitude of 400 meters in San Lorenzo Maggiore, Benevento Province. Terreno vulcanico, argilloso e calcareo, molto esposto al vento mediterraneo ed al sole. Le uve di Aglianico, Piedirosso e Montepulciano sono selezionate, raccolte manualmente e pressate dolcemente per essere poi vinificate in bianco. Il contatto con le bucce \u00e8 di 24 ore.
\n<\/span>Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in Qvevri with a capacity of 1,000 litres, without additives. After 10 months, it is bottled without any clarification or filtration. <\/span><\/p>\n

This is a fresh and fruity ros\u00e9 wine; the nose is rich in red fruit, cherry, strawberry and rasberry. It\u2019s Juicy, balanced with a rather long finish. <\/span><\/p>\n
